Back in 2021 I built the first prototype of the lounge chair with the scraps of a big outdoor project in lapacho. The prototype did not have seat nor backrest since we lacked the machinery to laminate hardwood.

Lapacho wood is highly appreciated for it’s hardness and rot ressistance, which make it one of the most durable, also having beautiful grain and color.

By 2023 we bought an old bandsaw and got it fixed, with which I finally finished the prototype. Once in the showroom, we got them ordered from different clients delighted with it’s comfort and simple design.
